This week, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the NIFLA vs. Becerra abortion rights case.

In a nutshell, the Supreme Court sided with anti-abortion groups who run so-called health centers commonly referred to as “crisis pregnancy centers.” The SCOTUS decision blocks a California law which required these health centers to share factual information about family planning services, prenatal care, and abortion options. This ruling allows the health centers to continue their long-standing practices of misleading and shaming women seeking pregnancy health care options.

I can’t overturn a Supreme Court decision, but I can promise you this: I will fight for women’s access to transparent, supportive reproductive health care in Georgia. It’s time to elect pro-choice, pro-women candidates at all levels of government.

Women are experiencing an all-out assault on their rights to reproductive freedom. We need your help to fight this trend. Consider making a donation to Betsy Holland for Georgia today, and plan to vote in November for those candidates who will protect women’s access to reproductive health care.
